Sewer Repair in St. George

We had a home warranty plan that in 6 months and 4 different HVAC companies could not find the cause of our HVAC system going out - either A/C or heat - going out intermittently (running only from one day to two weeks without quitting again). We kept calling because we needed it fixed! Finally, they said they couldn't find anyone locally to fix it (rather than accepting that the system needed to be replaced!). So I mentioned it to Colby at Thompson Plumbing. They have always been our go-to for installs and problems not covered by our warranty. He took over, jumping thru all kinds of hoops with the warranty company, to get permission to fix the problem (for pennies on the dollar from the warranty company, I might add). After already assessing the problem for us, Thompson's crew came out the very next day, and replaced our broken system! Three amazing young men worked tirelessly to get it done in one day so we wouldn't be without our A/C in the hot weather. Thompson's people - from the office to the workmen - are amazing and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our plumbing, heating, electrical needs! Thanks Thompson! BTW, we're dropping our home warranty and signing up for Thompson's customer program where we'll get superior service when we need it!
