Highly, highly recommend Thompson Plumbing! We had an urgent leak that needed immediate attention, and after a strong referral from a trusted friend in the electrical trade, Josh (the owner) completely stepped up. Even though he was on his way back from Orem, Josh texted me multiple times to assure me he’d handle it. Just knowing he had our back gave me complete peace of mind and a good night's sleep.
True to his word, first thing this morning, Josh had his technician, Skyler, on the way to save the day.
Skyler was incredible—highly professional, clean, well-presented, and immediately reassuring with his knowledge. He assessed the leak, gave me a couple of great options, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the work is actually better than the original build; he used a higher-quality lever main valve, properly grounded and secured all the pipe connections to the 2x4s, and left everything looking incredibly neat and solid.
To top it off, the cleanup was stellar—he left the workspace absolutely spotless and looking better than the original build. The pricing was beyond fair, and the service came with a genuine smile. Thompson Plumbing has earned a customer for life!
