Sammy was great. My AC stopped working. He fixed it with parts made in the USA. He also replaced my filter. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
My AC went out in the peak of Summer and Thompson Plumbing, Heating and Air was able to come out the next day which was a relief. Landon, the technician that came out was very friendly, understanding and helpful and had my AC working within the hour. I definitely recommend them and will use them again
We have one bathroom in our house so when our toilet backs up, we need service right away! Not only did Jesse show up on time but he was early! He went in and flushed and it already worked its way clear. He was so kind and we chatted about our dogs. I have definitely found a great company to work with. We used them one other time and we were just as happy with them.
Zackary did an excellent job for us. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work efficiently. Zackary cleaned up the project area, took after photos and explained the cost again. The price was very fair as well. We’re very pleased with his professionalism and the work that he did! I’d highly recommend Thompson Plumbing (& Zackary).
