Service/Repair Plumbing & HVAC

One year warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

Drain Cleaning

Work is under warranty for 30 days unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

Whole Home Repipe

Five years labor and materials unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

Air Conditioner, Furnace

Up to 10 years warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice

Water Heater

Up to 6 years unless otherwise noted on the invoice

Manufacturer Warranty

If you have equipment that is under warranty from the manufacturer, this usually covers the parts/equipment. It does not include labor to repair or replace the equipment.

Owner-Supplied Materials

We do not warranty owner-supplied materials.
