They Said It Better Than We Can
Had a failed expansion tank. Devon and Thompson plumbing were on top of it within an hour of calling. Devon even helped me upgrade my water pressure while making the repair of the expansion tank. I’ll definitely call Thompsons again.

We just had our basic plumbing visit. Dalton did a great job with the drains and total inspection of our household plumbing fixtures. He showed us that our water heater needed replacing and did a great job of instilling the new heater. His work was exceptional in every way. Thompson has some of the best employees and Dalton is one of the best.
Sammy was very professional and kind and considerate! He was able to fix my compressor, which he worked very hard at, so I didn't have to purchase a new one!

We had a home warranty plan that in 6 months and 4 different HVAC companies could not find the cause of our HVAC system going out - either A/C or heat - going out intermittently (running only from one day to two weeks without quitting again). We kept calling because we needed it fixed! Finally, they said they couldn't find anyone locally to fix it (rather than accepting that the system needed to be replaced!). So I mentioned it to Colby at Thompson Plumbing. They have always been our go-to for installs and problems not covered by our warranty. He took over, jumping thru all kinds of hoops with the warranty company, to get permission to fix the problem (for pennies on the dollar from the warranty company, I might add). After already assessing the problem for us, Thompson's crew came out the very next day, and replaced our broken system! Three amazing young men worked tirelessly to get it done in one day so we wouldn't be without our A/C in the hot weather. Thompson's people - from the office to the workmen - are amazing and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our plumbing, heating, electrical needs! Thanks Thompson! BTW, we're dropping our home warranty and signing up for Thompson's customer program where we'll get superior service when we need it!
Abe removed old bathroom sinks and faucets and installed new ones we had purchased. He was prompt, courteous, patient and professional. He worked hard to accommodate our financial situation. The result and work product were excellent . We are very pleased with the result and would be happy if Abe was assigned to a future project should we again need Thompson services. We highly recommend Abe!
I called Thompson plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical to troubleshoot and ultimately install a new electrical line to my greenhouse. They were able to come out the next day and did a very professional job quickly. The electrical work was tidy, efficient and most importantly works well. The technicians were very friendly and answered all my questions.
Abe did our plumbing work. He was very thorough. He quickly uncovered the problem with an additional couple of leaks. He arrived at the planned hour on time. He always notified me in advance of his arrival. To say he was thorough is understating it. He was always respectful. He was cautios not to make a mess and protective of our carpet and furniture . Pictures were taken of the problems so I could clearly understand.
